Contact identifiers, role and schedule preferences, submitted message content, mobile numbers, and Ops Pulse consent selections may be provided by a user. Operational security and access events may be generated to support the site.
PERMITTED OPERATIONS
RWIFMA LLC processes relevant information to route questions, evaluate interest in company-direct part-time roles, administer RWF updates, maintain service integrity, prevent abuse, honor choices, and satisfy applicable requirements. The data is not fed into unrelated recruiter or affiliate systems.
MOBILE SHARING CONTROL
Mobile information is not released to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are restricted to RWIFMA LLC, messaging aggregators, and providers needed for text delivery and program administration. Sale or rental of mobile numbers and consent is prohibited by company practice.
PROGRAM PARAMETERS
Ops Pulse: up to 4 recurring marketing messages per month; direct RWIFMA LLC part-time and recruiting updates only; message and data rates may apply; enrollment optional; no application or purchase condition; STOP=opt out; HELP=support.
RETENTION / SECURITY
Retention is limited to a reasonable period for the active purpose, recordkeeping, security, legal duties, and opt-out suppression. Administrative and technical safeguards are applied based on the nature of the information and the service involved.

Questions and available access, correction, or deletion requests may be routed to rok@rwifma.com. The service is not directed to children under 13. Register changes are published on this page with an updated effective date.
